I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist committed to helping adults learn how to build fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, neurodivergence, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, mood challenges and grief and loss. My approach honours the adaptive coping strategies that have helped you get this far while incorporating new skills to live with less emotional burden. I have experience working with adults and older adults in both clinical and community settings in Ontario.

From a place of compassion, I will support you as we unlock inner resources that you didn’t know were there (they are!), and build on the skills that have helped you navigate life so far, while exploring new tools and practices to support nervous system regulation, healthier boundaries, and a stronger sense of internal safety.

I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to best meet your needs and goals. This may include talking through current challenges, identifying patterns from the past or building skills for the future. My strength-based and attachment-focused approach encompasses Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (IFS), and Mindfulness.

If talk-based therapy isn’t your thing, I have experience supporting people through experiential therapies like Art Therapy. As an Art Therapist, I trained at the Toronto Art Therapy Institute with a research focus on exploring the intergenerational effects of eating disorders. I enjoy witnessing clients tap into their creative side to access memories and experiences that may otherwise be painful to articulate with words.

Outside of the therapeutic space, I enjoy engaging in self-nurturing activities like collaging, interior decorating, gardening and watching reality TV.
